Faulty Item Received

If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it to pawslore@gmail.com along with your order number. If the item delivered to you is faulty, we'll send you a free shipment. All we'd need would be a picture of the faulty item.

Not delivered on time
We totally understand that it's highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don't like waiting. Our orders are delivered from our US or Chinese warehouses depending on the order demand and design. We usually ship the order from our factory within 1-4 days of receiving it. And it takes upto 7-18 days by the shipping companies for the order to reach you. But, in some cases it might be delayed due to mail issues. Every mail company has a certain limit on packages and this causes delays.
We'd really appreciate if you could wait for your order for a few more days. We'll always be there to assist to let you know about your order status. You'll have the tracking details too to keep a check on the status.
It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves our factory. So once it leaves our factory, it will reach you :)

I ordered by mistake/I'm no longer interested

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Do you ship worldwide?
We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

May I get a tracking number?

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.


For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Where can I track my order?
Orders can be tracked here by entering the right order details and email address.  
Will you email me when my order is shipped out?
Yes! You will get a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is dispatched.
How can I pay?
We currently accept both PayPal and credit card payments! You do not need a PayPal account to pay.  
What happens if I type in the wrong address?
If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please email us at pawslore@gmail.com & we will change it to the correct address if it has been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders!
Taxes & Duties:
We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
